Meet the Team
Dental Hygienist
Rosalie was born in Japan and grew up in the Philippines, and much of her family was or is still actively involved in the US military. She didn’t necessarily choose dentistry as a career, but her path led her to her dental hygienist role, and she loves it. Rosalie’s favorite part of the job is sharing her vast knowledge in oral care and, in turn, helping patients become improved versions of themselves.
In her free time, Rosalie enjoys nature, driving, baking, and watching dramas. Her bucket list includes skydiving, and Wonder Woman is her hero (because she can do anything!). Her favorite quote? “Believe in yourself, and you will succeed.”
Dental Hygienist
Virginia was born and raised in Richmond, VA, and grew up in a large family (she’s #7 of 8 children). She was originally interested in art school, but an older friend from church recommended dental hygiene as a career path and art as a fun side gig instead. Virginia took the advice and is glad she did! Each day she looks forward to coming to work and loves her work family at our Annandale dental office.
In her spare time, Virginia enjoys fun activities with her coworkers, including hiking, dining, vacationing in Florida, and team building through escape room games. Her bucket list includes skydiving with Rosalie and Jimmy.
Dental Hygienist
Jimmy joined the Annandale Smiles Team in April of 2009, making him our second longest tenured Hygienist. Jimmy is originally from Springfield, Virginia and went to Annandale High School. After High School, Jimmy attended Northern Virginia Community College where he earned a degree in Dental Hygiene from the Board of Dentistry.
Jimmy has been married to his high school sweetheart since 2002 and has two children, a boy and a girl. Jimmy loves going to the movies, especially science fiction and action movies. He also enjoys going to the gym and hiking mountain trails.
